Effective from June 5, 2026
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter — the Terms) govern the sale of software licenses (hereinafter — the Products) on the website kasparas.eu (hereinafter — the Website).
1.2. Seller: Kasparas Jasiukėnas, conducting individual activity under certificate No. 1516359. Address: J. Basanavičiaus g. 30, Vilnius. Email: info@kasparas.eu.
1.3. By purchasing the Products, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
2.1. The Website sells software — digital licenses, accounts, and activation keys.
2.2. All Products are digital in nature. No physical items (boxes, media) are shipped.
2.3. Product prices are stated in euros (€) and are final (including all taxes). The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
3.1. Orders are placed on the Website by clicking the "Buy" button and completing payment through the Stripe payment system.
3.2. Payment is made by bank card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay through the Stripe platform. The Seller does not have access to the Buyer's card details.
3.3. The purchase agreement is considered concluded from the moment of successful payment.
4.1. Products are delivered by email — within an hour, during working hours after payment is received.
4.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays if the Buyer provided an incorrect email address or the email lands in the spam folder.
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the date of conclusion, by notifying the Seller by email at info@kasparas.eu.
5.2. If the Buyer has already activated or started using the received license within the 14-day period, it is considered a delivered digital service and the money may not be refunded — except in cases provided in section 6 of these Terms (Warranty and refunds).
6.1. All Products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
6.2. If the purchased license or activation key does not work, the Seller undertakes to:
6.3. For warranty claims, the Buyer must contact info@kasparas.eu, specifying the purchase date and a description of the problem.
6.4. Refunds are issued within 14 days from confirmation, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
7.1. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of software manufacturers, service changes, or discontinuation.
7.2. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid.
7.3. The Seller is not responsible for losses arising from improper use of the software or incompatibility with the Buyer's equipment.
8.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
8.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the Seller's place of business.
8.3. The Buyer also has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius, vvtat.lt) or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ec.europa.eu/odr.
8.4. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the Website.
